We also do trips outside of these counties, but there would be an additional dead-miles fee starting from our office (located in Colbert GA) to the pick-up address.

Transparent Pricing
No-show/late cancelation fees –
(When the patient cancels within 24 hours of his or her appointment)
Ambulatory – $50.00
Note : If the patient is not ready within 15 minutes of his or her pick-up time, then the patient may be considered a no-show.
Wait-time fee –
$60.00 per hour in 15-minute increments.
After the first 15 minutes, we would charge $15.00 and so on.
